1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (usually within 24 hours) after payment is received.
- Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (excluding weekends and holidays). Please plan accordingly.
- Global Warehouses: To ensure fast delivery, we operate multiple distribution centers worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. Orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to your location.

📌 Special Notes:
- Remote Area Fees: Orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Mexico incur an additional $40 shipping fee.
- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (within 24 hours) + Shipping Time.
3. Taxes, Duties, and Customs
- Sales Tax: Prices on our website already include sales tax.
- Customs Duties: We cover customs and import duties for orders up to $2,500. If you are charged any duties on orders exceeding this amount, please contact our Customer Care team with proof of payment for a refund.
- High-Value Orders: Orders over $800 may experience customs clearance delays. If you plan to place an order exceeding $2,500, please contact our Logistics Department in advance at: karinearappliances@gmail.com.
4. Order Cancellation and Modification
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your order for free within 12 hours of placing it.
- Post-Packing Cancellation: If you cancel your order after it has been packed, a $10 cancellation/intercept fee will apply.
- Shipped Orders: We cannot cancel, edit, or make any changes to orders once they have been shipped.

5. Important Logistics Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping information! If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping costs cannot be refunded. We strongly recommend shipping to a permanent address.
